PLEASE CALL LITTLE ROCK TOURS TO BE ADDED TO THE WAIT LIST: 501-868-7287. Extra, Extra, Read All About it!! We are off on a two-night Gaylord Opryland and Nashville escape where the worlds of news and music collide! Be a part of not one, but TWO live audience show tapings when we attend the “Mike Huckabee Show,” and the Grand Ole Opry! You’ll get a unique and up-close experience with former Arkansas Governor Huckabee, all while enjoying the excitement of being a part of a live studio audience. Huckabee is America’s favorite “front porch” music and talk show, coming to you weekly from TBN’s famed Trinity Music City in Nashville. Hosted by former Arkansas governor and popular conservative commentator Mike Huckabee, the hour-long program is a down-home slice of wholesome Americana in all of its patriotic, God-honoring, and family-friendly glory. Each show features national and international newsmakers, iconic celebrities and music legends, and uplifting stories highlighting the goodness, faith, and down-home heroics of everyday individuals from across the nation. Along the way Gov. Mike offers his legendary take on what’s happening in Washington, DC and throughout the heart and soul of America. Then, we discover the soul and heartBEAT of Nashville- the musical roots that this town is known for! We begin our second day on tour with a step on guided tour of the city with a local singer and songwriter, that will not just show us the highlights and history of Nashville, they will sing about them too! Lunch is included at “Ole Red,” Blake Shelton’s new restaurant. Ole Red gets its name from Blake Shelton’s breakout hit, “Ole’ Red”, and being there is a lot like hanging out with the guy himself: laid-back and genuine, up for anything, a bit irreverent (but always fun)—and set to great music. You never know who might take the stage at Ole Red—so BE READY. From hot up-and-comers to surprise celebrity guests, you’re at the only spot on the strip with talent that’s hand-picked by the people who KNOW great music: Opry Entertainment. You can expect an edge-of-your seat good time! Our afternoon is spent backstage at one of Nashville’s most iconic music venues, the Grand Ole Opry. Get up close to where legends, stars and country music are made every week live at the Grand Ole Opry, as well as Circle TV and WSM Radio. Explore American country and let us show you around the house. Kick things off with Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood in the brand-new immersive theater experience, then hang out backstage, get insider stories, and even stand in the famous circle. Then, tonight we listen to the melodies and harmonies of a variety of artists float through the halls of the Grand Ole Opry! The Grand Ole Opry is the stage that showcases the past, present, and future of country music. For 95 years, they have been the home to the art form’s growth and change, from the first broadcast in the National Life Building on WSM’s Barn Dance in 1925 to the move into the new Opry House in 1974, and now to audiences across the globe on Circle TV and host to the 55th Annual ACM Awards in 2020. The Opry remains the platform that connects artists and fans to the music they love. Johnny Cash met June Carter at the Opry, Bill Monroe and his band invented bluegrass on the Opry stage, and many unexpected guests-from Paul McCartney to Bill Murray to Pharrell Williams- have made the one-night-only shows truly unforgettable. Kick up your boots and be apart of the musical history that takes place at the Grand Ole Opry, all while singing and dancing the night away…
