OUTBOUND AND OVERNIGHT TOUR PAYMENT POLICY: Reservations made online require 100% full payment at time of reservations. You will receive email confirmation that your reservation is secure at time of payment. Little Rock Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour or venue if minimum number of passengers is not met. Passenger cancellations made 60 days prior to the departure date will receive full refund of all deposits and monies paid. Cancellations between 59-46 days of departure will receive a full refund less 10% of the full tour cost. Cancellations made 45 days or less from departure date will receive NO REFUND. No refunds will be given on any unused portion of any tour, football game or tickets for shows included in packages. All football game tours and Motorcoach Tours are fully transferable without penalty. Cruise packages are not transferable. BOWL GAME TOUR POLICY: 100% Full payment is required immediately upon booking for Bowl game packages. All bowl packages are non-refundable, but fully transferable from person to person, without penalty. CRUISE PACKAGES: AT 90 DAYS (3 MONTHS) PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE CRUISE DEPOSITS BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE. If booking is made within three months of the departure date, payment in full is required to book and it is non-refundable. Cruise packages are non-transferable, and are only refundable if cancelled more than 90 days before the departure date. Trip Cancellation/Interruption Passenger Protection Plan is Available for a small fee for all tours by calling 1-800-228-9792 with ID #: 04-0012 after booking reservation online. Little Rock Tours must be notified within 48 hours of departure of name changes to reservations. RESPONSIBILITY: These tours are arranged and operated by Little Rock Tours (LRT) who acts only as an agent for such other parties, hotels, firms or corporations providing services herein. The suppliers providing travel services for Little Rock Tours tour programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of LRT. LRT is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers or of any air carriers and/or cruise lines or their respective employees, agents, servants, or representatives. This includes, without limitation, their failure to deliver - or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All coupons, receipts, and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by suppliers. The tour participant agrees that neither LRT nor their agents shall be liable for any injury, damage or loss to baggage or any passenger's belongings for any reason; any damage loss or injury caused by weather or climactic conditions, fire, government actions or terrorist activities, earthquake, social or labor unrest, accident, delay, bankruptcy, or acts of God, or from the misconduct of such other parties. LRT reserves the right to withdraw or make changes and alterations to itinerary as may be found necessary for the proper handling of said tour. The payment of the required deposits and/or any partial or full payment for reservations on a tour shall be deemed and constitute full knowledge, acceptance and consent by the participant to all clause provisions.

Join us in Holland! No, not Holland, as in Europe. But a six day tour to Holland, Michigan, for the annual Tulip Time festival. If you enjoy outdoor gardens, flowers, tulips & gourmet foods then this is the trip for you, we include many meals related to the Dutch heritage! The Festival is held by settlers who came to the area from the Netherlands and is considered one of the best in the world and the in the United States. Activities at the celebration include: Parades, a Dutch Market, various shows and concerts, Klompen dancing, and street scrubbing. The entire city of Holland has thousands of tulips lining the streets and has been ranked as America’s third largest town festival and named as Reader’s Digest’s best small town festival. We’ll enjoy reserved PREMIUM grandstand seating (all seats will have a back) for the Volksparade, one of the highlights of this event, which features nearly 50 bands, and many floats, giant helium parade balloons, horses, Klompen dancers, and much more perform to delight all ages! On day one we’ll get-acquainted with our newfound traveling companions. We overnight in central Illinois. The next four days will be spent in Holland as we experience the world-famous Holland Tulip Festival. We begin at the Dutch Village, which will be a step back into the life of a Netherlands village of 150 years ago. Amid authentic Dutch architecture, flowering gardens, canals and windmills, associates in authentic costumes and wooden shoes will bring the history and culture of the Dutch to life. Experience Dutch dancing, Dutch dance lessons, Wooden Shoe carving, traditional Dutch cheese making, and Delft pottery shaping and painting. Demonstrations occur throughout the day. Tonight we enjoy an incredible included dinner followed by a festival favorite, New Odyssey Dinner Show. Three guys on 30 different instruments perform outstanding arrangements of almost every musical style. Our next day in Holland begins at Windmill Island, with its 200-year-old Dutch windmill, “DeZwann,” surrounded by a spectacle of tulips. More than 100,000 bulbs are planted each year at Windmill Island Gardens. Get your cameras ready! This afternoon we include a lunch before we witness the Volksparade (the People’s Parade) and street scrubbing. Throughout our visit, more than 800 high school girls perform Dutch Folk street dances, wearing copies of authentic costumes of the various provinces of the Netherlands and wooden shoes. Tonight we enjoy the Fiddle Fire Dinner & Show. This talented family of five will entertain us with bluegrass, Irish, and classic tunes.Our next day begins with a city tour to experience Dutch culture from our guide who will be dressed in authentic Dutch costume—as we see the dazzling bright tulips lined up along the city streets. Lunch will be at the Dutch Marktplaats, featuring genuine Dutch products and foods, souvenirs, Dutch music, klompen dance performances, and more. It’s just what we need to take that “Dutch Touch” home with us. Tonight’s dinner is included and at an award-winning local restaurant.
